Yes indeed we now have a 20 week “parental leave” at work and i am delighted and remind all colleagues to take it and NEVER feel that they would be out of sight n out of mind..careers are marathons and.if 4 months away makes u feel.obsolete, there is a bigger issue.

I definitely do intend to make sure all our career conversations are equal and if ever there is a thought of one person choosing home over work, it has to be me!
