Women rank those 2 at 8 / 10 respectively, while men rank those 2 profession in women at 12/14 - hardly a difference - while the top 5 - especially the TOP position says a different story. Model and personal trainer make both lists - and there is of course a broader issue of "high importance to looks" that is true for both genders
