The point abt kids resonates so much. India has a far similar parenting culture to Lima than to America. I dont see why people have kids when they think of it as an 18 yr caretaking contract. its not. the kids didnt choose to be born, we chose to have them, not rocket science who the responsibility then lies with? Healthcare too - it can be cheap but the powers that be dont want that.
