Thank you for saying this ..I have recently read so much on this topic n most of it misses the fundamental point..i have also recently written abt the hashtag craze n how it never serves the right purpose and separately how workplace equality still needs so much work and as you say these require a conversation that needs everyone on the table n for everyone to have an open mind
