THANK YOU! atleast someone else thinks the way I do. I was arguing with a colleague the other day on how daft it is to do it today. She is Canadian and I am Indian, we both live in HK. I said 90% of the world doesnt do it, n she goes of course not, US does, UK does, Canada does. I was like yes thats not 10% of the world still, lot less.. it is confusing and unnecessary.. but alas — someone needs to call it out to put an end to it!
