Because as a father of a 4-year-old, I can’t just watch
I am often bored and uninterested in anything about the Royal Family until I read this one recent article. The heading was clearly sensational and important.
Only that, it wasn’t true. It was a plain white lie.
A fellow writer, one I deeply respect(ed), Rivka Wolf, wrote this one.

Aren’t you shocked and interested? Sure, you are.
Clickbait intent achieved — there are a few more dollars that the story has made and will make.
But, at the cost of what? Lies about a 4-year-old child and his mom, who, even with all her privileges as a Royal Family member, is still a parent with challenges like the rest of us mere mortal parents.
First, the facts — THERE WAS NO SLAP
Biggest lie — there was no slap. Here’s what it was — you can google “Prince Louis slaps Kate” and you’ll see this as the first preview snapshot. I hate to use video snapshots for their murky fair-use policies, but I’ll make an exception here, to state the truth.
