I think education and upbringing is sooo key in sensitizing “kids” like these towards the diverse world we live in, and unfortunately centuries of stereotypes and crappy definitions of “normal” have meant that neither parents nor society as a whole is equipped enough to raise the next generations right when it comes to sensitive subjects!
