I remember that as a child even my parents were always wrong to me if they disagreed with the opinion / lesson a teacher taught me - even if I'd later grow up to learn the parents were actually right. Teachers have a HUGE influence on a child and how and what they're molded into. It's an important relationship that has evolved over the years but remains so very important!
