I have no clue about your situation with your children and dont want to assume - but if you haven’t already - start with expressing the desire to spend more time with them - sometimes there are unsaid assumptions on both sides and all it takes is that!

People may believe they dont need it but everyone needs the love and company of their parents and i am sure they need u just as much :)
