Hi Guolaugur! I agree that fully remote is hard after a certain point but it doesnt have to be “return to work” mandated as isbecoming common either nor does it have to be 3 dayd home n away - the economics of things fail at that point, occasional offsites / group works cna also help bring in the in person effectiveness and again not all orgs / roles are created equal so not a one size fit all absolutely!
