Ahhh I had the same image in mind at first but I know it isnt available on one of the usual suspects and I wanted to keep it from them so used the one I used..This is a great image to define equity. And I agree that diversity is a complex topic and we need to keep in mind all the things you mentioned. Ideally we will one day have a world that provides equal opportunity and access to education and resources to everyone and then we wont need to worry about how we hire — and we would truly just hire the best candidate and the rest would take care of itself!
