Absolutely agree to all you said and my wife is probably the same, with an exclusively breastfed first kid (for the first whole year) and on a similar path for the 2nd one she has made peace with her privacy never being the same again. Yet, I still see her hidden expressions sometimes that occasionally give away her emotions and so I thought I will say the story she might never tell.
Women like you and her brave it all and often the world takes that bravery and indifference for weakness and acceptance.
That is what I feel we need to change.
