Absolutely agree, so many of these extreme crimes are acts of psychological illness and I feel can be avoided with the right systems in place but unfortunately it seems like people’s lives arent precious enough for the powers that be to fix these actively! Thanks for the detailed viewpoint from someone who clearly knows a thing or 2 about this!
