Absolutely agree - definitely wasn't a movie about grooming, and clearly a story told from the journey of a girl who is going through the dilemmas of pre-teen and teenage years, and how it affects her. And sometimes if a movie is telling a story that isn't very "pleasant" we confuse the uncomfortable feeling with an ill-intent on the part of the maker when it is not!
