5 Perplexing Features of High-End Hotel Rooms

I can’t be the only one that feels this way

Over the past few months, I’ve had to do more hotel stays than I’d have liked. If these were all fun vacations, I wouldn’t be complaining but unfortunately, more of these have been compulsory quarantines vs. actual vacations.

On the flip side though, it has made me somewhat of an expert on how to live out of a suitcase — so if they’re any high-flying consulting jobs out there, please take note!

The other benefit is that I’ve become very familiar with every feature and flaw of high-end hotel rooms. Some of them I understand more than I used to as a kid, while others still continue to perplex me.

There has to be a “majority” of hotel guests that actually understand and utilize these features, so I am going to put it out there and see if I am the only one that finds these rather strange.

Let’s get straight to it.

#1 — Bathroom Phones

Raise your hand if you’ve got a traditional landline phone in your bathroom?

No? Really? You must be rather impoverished. Sorry about that! I am not being rude or insensitive here, I don’t have one either so we’re fellow poor people.
