I have never been one to take new year’s resolutions too seriously.
I do always have one prepared for when we go around our first team call in the new year but I can’t say I ever take it seriously.
However, there is some merit in taking on a positive new habit in a new year and making it a permanent affair.
The problem with resolutions, however, is that they are either too generic or too unrealistic for people to ever take them seriously.
“I will exercise more often.”
“I will find a long-term partner.”
“I will drink more water.”
